Our offerings also include Replacement Cushions, Replacement Acrylic and Fiberglass Table Tops, Umbrellas, Bases, and Resin Furniture. We base all quotes on the use of Sunbrella furniture grade fabric, but also introduce Outdura, marine grade, solution dyed fabric.
Re-Strap is located in Fort Mill SC, a Suburb of Charlotte NC. Our Service areas include the Charlotte metro areas, and the Upstate of South Carolina (Greenville and Spartanburg). Past projects have taken Re-strap to other parts of North Carolina, the coast of South Carolina, Atlanta, Ga, and Richmond, Va.
We are proud to say that we represent many outdoor Furniture manufacturers that offer "Economy" to "Top of the Line" type furniture and 90% is made in the USA. Re-Strap strives to provide unmatched outside/inside customer service before, during, and well after the sale. Catalog vendors are just that, vendors who take orders based upon catalogs mailed out. They have no local representation during the selection process. Your order is placed, and shipped, with no face to face customer service. If you have a problem after the sale, you have no one to come out and offer service.
Here at Re-strap, we want to be a part of your furniture selection process. We make sure the furniture is delivered un damaged. When product is damaged, which will happen, we immediately have replacements sent out.
We deliver your furniture completely assembled, when needed, and placed on your pool deck, and the best part, it is a very easy process for your property managers, or board members.
